This 1920s classic home in a heritage protected street is a stone’s throw from Manly Beach.

The YBH team designed a new light filled rear addition to create a seamless flow to outdoor living and managed the process through Manly Council. We then specified all finishes including the flooring, outdoor tiles and colours, custom kitchen, bathroom, integrated laundry and lighting.

We project managed through the construction phase to completion and are now working on another property for this client.

The result here is a charming home that seamlessly blends the original heritage details with the more contemporary addition. The mix of materials gives this home a beautiful soul.
