Restoring a Classic

Based overseas, our clients asked us to renovate their Sydney home before their return to Australia – ready to accommodate their young family.

Previously dark spaces were lightened by installing new windows, new light fixtures and updating the interior finishes – including new timber floors and custom designed joinery.

The exteriors were refreshed and made more functional with a new paved area off the playroom, a more welcoming entrance and an outdoor kitchen and entertaining area. In the rear yard new retaining walls were created to provide a level grassed area for play. YBH introduced the builder and managed the full process so the home was beautifully finished for our clients’ arrival.
